MSR SAIL, SL is the data controller of any personal data collected through this website (name, email, phone, booking details). Data is processed to manage your enquiry, confirm your reservation, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis: performance of the booking contract, your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the service. Data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and the legal periods required by Spanish tax and accounting law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ibiza@vytalyachts.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., acting as a data processor under its own privacy terms.

This site uses strictly necessary cookies to operate the booking flow and remember language preferences, and may use anonymous analytics cookies to measure traffic. No advertising or profiling cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some features (such as checkout) may not work without them.

By using this website and booking a yacht experience you accept these terms. The contract is concluded between the client and MSR SAIL, SL (NIF B02889582).

Experiences are provided subject to weather, sea and port-authority conditions. The skipper has the final authority on safety and may modify the route or shorten the experience for safety reasons, without entitlement to refund beyond the cases described in the booking conditions below.

Prices are shown in Euro (€). Where applicable, Spanish VAT (IVA) is included in the displayed price. Invoices are issued by MSR SAIL, SL on request to ibiza@vytalyachts.com.

The applicable law is Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer protection rules designate another jurisdiction.

A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is settled with the concierge before boarding. The deposit is paid through Stripe and appears on your statement as a charge from MSR SAIL, SL.

Cancellation by the client: free cancellation up to 14 days before the experience. Between 14 and 7 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Same-day no-show: full charter fee may be invoiced.

Cancellation due to weather or safety: if the skipper or port authority cancels the experience for sea or weather reasons, the client may choose a full refund of the deposit or a free reschedule within the season.

Onboard conduct: clients must follow the skipper's instructions at all times. Any damage caused by misuse, illegal substances on board, or breach of the maximum number of guests will be invoiced separately.
